When we meet with our clients, we analyse their companies’ needs in order to identify what kind of profile we should be seeking.


The initial search is done in our Studio’s database of Italian and international candidate profiles, with a special focus on the socioeconomic fabric of Tuscany.

The second search is done by publishing a targeted advertisement that enables us to find profiles of candidates who match the Job Description and who are interested in the position.

After screening the CVs and selecting a shortlist of candidates, we call the candidates to set up an interview.

The selection interview is our main tool for assessing professional skills. Our goal is to create an ideal career and life path which is targeted not only to the specific search, but is also an overall assessment of the candidate’s expectations and desires for his or her professional future.

Once we have identified the short list to be proposed to the Client, we prepare a presentation report for each candidate.
