Historical and prestigious Winery based in the Chianti Region, Tuscany
is looking for an experienced
Resident Manager in Toronto (Canada)
The ideal candidate will be responding for the promotion of all the Winery products, by developing and managing strategic relationships and periodically meeting the main operators (distributors, wholesalers, importers).
Starting from the current portfolio and contacts of the Winery, the Resident Manager will be responsible for the constant monitoring and understanding of market developments and trends, by acquiring strategic information about local competitors, global offer of the products and related distribution channels.
Primary functions will also include the management of branch operations, including relations with Consultants and Suppliers and P&L management.
He/her will also be providing counseling, feedback, guidance and problem solving to the Clients, in the spirit of a total commitment to Quality and Customer satisfaction.
The Manager will be constantly in contact with the CEO of the Italian Headquarters.
The reference Area will be North America (USA and Canada – current turnover: 2 million Euro)
Fluent English and digital skills are mandatory.
It is required a solid experience in the wine market and the position.
